Claim Procedure

Submission of Softcopy
Email the claim and supporting documents in softcopy to grantclaims@xmu.edu.my for review
Review and Revision
The claim and supporting documents shall be reviewed by the RPC and staff shall revise based on the comments from the RPC, if any
Review and Finalization
Staff shall email the revised softcopy to grantclaims@xmu.edu.my for further review and finalization, if necessary
7th and 22nd of every month
Print and physically sign the finalized documents, drop the documents into the letterbox outside of the RPC office (A3-706)
